随机点阵激光模组

随机点阵激光模组是能够直接输出随机点阵图案的激光模组,其一般由半导体激光器/VCSEL激光和带随机点阵DOE的光学模组组成,工作距离可调,功率1mW~300mW,可以用于人脸识别、三维扫描等领域。随机点阵激光模组又称为随机点阵模组,散斑激光模组,随机点阵结构光模组,便携式随机点阵模组。我们目前可以现货供应随机点阵激光模组。

工作距离可调,功率1mW~300mW,半导体激光随机点阵模组


随机点阵模组通常由3个部分组成,半导体激光器、随机点阵DOE镜片、和光学聚焦模组。DOE和光学聚焦模组往往是一起设计的,可以统称为光学模组。随机点阵模组的很多参数都可以定制,例如波长范围可定制,通常在350nm-1550nm之间,与半导体激光器的适用波长范围基本吻合。随机点阵模组的功率也可定制,从几毫瓦到一瓦。

随机点阵模组的工作距离可以根据客户的实际应用设计,从100mm最大到1米,主要是通过光学聚焦模组的设计来实现不同的工作距离。光学聚焦模组的作用是,设定产生目标图形的距离,并使输出的光斑更加清晰。光学聚焦模组还可以增加调节工作距离的功能,例如客户如果想把工作距离设定为0.6米,则通过调节在0.4~0.8米的范围内都能得到清晰的图案。
