FBSL线形平顶光透镜的描述:
FBSL光束整形器可产生狭窄而均匀的线形平顶光斑。这种光束整形DOE沿长轴方向生成平顶光强分布,同时在短轴方向保持高斯分布,从而做到宽度尽可能小。光斑长宽比约为1.6:1@1/e²或2.2:1@FWHM。FBSL 系列平顶光束整形器是专为生成方形平顶轮廓而设计的单件光学元件,每个FBSL光束整形器都有特定的入射光束(@1/e²) 和波长。
