20um线激光模组,一字线激光模组

线激光模组是能够直接输出一条直线图案的激光模组,直线的线宽最细可以做到10-30μm,因此又称为细线激光模组,一字线激光模组。标准品的20μm线激光模组,其一般由半导体激光器和特殊的光学棱镜组成,其功率、线宽、工作距离可设置为可调,线激光模组可以用于传感检测、三维扫描等领域。

线宽最细仅20um功率1~100mW,线激光模组


线激光模组是能够直接输出一条直线图案的激光模组,它的结构组成与随机点阵模组基本一样,由半导体激光器激光和一字线DOE的光学模组组成。客户在选择合适的一字线激光模组时,通常都要参考几个关键参数,分别是激光波长,工作距离,功率的大小,一字线的线宽和发散角。这些参数确定之后,我们就可以为客户生产线宽20um的线激光模组。这种线激光模组的线宽在一定范围内可以调节,通过改变工作距离来实现。

20um线激光模组激光波长的范围,通常在350nm-1550nm之间,与半导体激光器的适用波长范围基本吻合。功率的可调范围在1mW-100mW之间,工作距离更是从100mm至1m。一字线模组的线宽最窄约20μm,发散角10°~110°
